Crypt
Crypt
Crypt is my current personal passion project that I am working on. It is a 3D Low-Poly style / 90’s inspired action-rpg lite game with procedurally generated dungeon floors for the player to clear. Inspirations for this game comes from series like The Elder Scrolls, The Serpent Riders Trilogy, The Legend of Zelda, DOOM, and others.

Magic Elemental
This is one of the enemies I have created for Crypt. Living embodiments of powerful concentrated magic, these elementals are surrounded by a magic aura I made using the VFX graph tool in Unity. These enemies float around and fire bolts of concentrated magic at the player, keeping their distance to fire and move as the player moves closer.
Wall Sconce
This is a wall sconce used as part of the lighting of Crypt. I created the animation of the flame in the middle using an online random generator, and it is meant to look like older 90’s style fires you would see in games like DOOM. The sparks falling from the flame are particles made with the VFX tool in Unity.

Emerald Shield
This shield is one of the three variations I put into Crypt. Currently each is essentially the same shield with different colors, this particular one is green and meant to be a solid magical shield made from emerald.
Health Potion
This is a potion of health I designed for Crypt. The potions is partially transparent so represent it being made of glass and I added a VFX from Unity into the bottle to give it a bit of a magical flair.

Imp
This is another enemy I am designing for Crypt. These Imps are going to act as a common type of enemy that can be simple one on one but dangerous in numbers. This enemy I am practicing my sculpting on and trying to make detailed without having to many polygons to stay in line with the lower polygon kind of style for the game.

Dawnbreaker
This is a altered rendition of my favorite sword in Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Dawnbreaker is a very unique looking weapon and has a fun and well known quest attatched to recovering it. I added some little details to the weapon myself such as the crossguards coming from the central ring and the detail of the gap down the middle of the blade.
